Pretty Pleases and Hellos
A collect of that which inspires, exemplifies or provokes my thoughts.
There is something far more beautiful within each of us than many of us realize, we have the privilege of seeing it in the crinkles around smiling eyes, a wide grin, in the marks of life upon the face and body. It is that fact that we are human, full of spirit. And that will always be revealed, though it may only show for a brief moment in some. The fact is still there. It is why all people have beauty in them, have echos of the divine. Yes, even the killers, the rapists, the racists, those who seem farthest gone have beauty in them. It is only shoved down so deep within themselves that it is almost a shadow. But it is still there.
